MENU
We invite you to enjoy ramen the way we do. Whether you’re an adventurous foodie or a ramen newbie, we’ll help you find the bowl and broth that leaves a lasting impact.
a menu that is simple and clean
We serve three distinct types of ramen: our Classic Shio, our Super Shoyu and our Mega Miso. (If you’re feeling spicy, we also have a Spicy Mega Miso that you’ll love). Our chefs occasionally release limited time specials that are only available while supplies last. Make sure you’re following us on Instagram to know when these specials drop!
classic Shio
Our Classic Shio ramen includes our light chintan broth and ramen noodles and is topped with chashu (pork), corn, aji-tama (soft-boiled egg), scallions and a piece of crispy nori (seaweed).
This is Jesi’s favorite ramen dish because it is simple and light - the kind of ramen that is deliciously filling but also leaves room for dessert!
Super Shoyu
Shoyu was one of the first flavors of ramen with a distinct soy flavor. We pay homage to ramen’s roots in our Super Shoyu with a light chintan broth and ramen noodles, topped with chashu (pork), aji-tama (soft-boiled egg), menma (bamboo shoots), scallions, a piece of crispy nori (seaweed) and a slice of naruto (fishcake).
This is Gino and Julian’s favorite dish because of its traditional roots as well as the satisfying full feeling you experience when you finish your bowl.
mega Miso
Enjoy a blend of both red and white miso in our signature Mega Miso ramen bowl. The miso flavor is very filling and comforting. This dish features our light chintan broth and ramen noodles, topped with chashu (pork), aji-tama (soft-boiled egg), corn, scallions, homemade age negi (fried onions) and a piece of crispy nori (seaweed).
Feeling spicy? If you'd like a little extra heat in your miso ramen, we can make it a Spicy Mega Miso Ramen with our signature chili-chili sauce.
Nick loves both the spicy and the classic miso ramen’s unique umami flavors (so much that they’re his go-to ramen flavor).
